​Wayne has been a leader in the Electronic Payments space for over 30 years and is considered one of the pioneers in the Prepaid Industry. During his tenure, his positions and contributions include MasterCard Board Advisor, an Executive in the success of NPC, a Founder Executive in the success of Stored Value Solutions (SVS), a guidance provider in the success of GCS, a Board Vice Chairman and participant in the success of Store Financial, and Board Vice Chairman and CEO of Card Compliant. Wayne holds a B.S./B.A. degree from Missouri Western State University and is currently on one of their Boards.
